CelloBag.co.uk currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.

We use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment and selected UK delivery carriers to help provide fast, reliable delivery across the UK.

Tracking information is added to your order when available so you can follow your delivery.

Changes & cancellations

Need to change something? Please contact us as soon as possible.

Fulfilment can begin quickly after an order is placed, so changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once processing has started.

Returns & refunds

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Change-of-mind return postage is your responsibility. Where applicable, refunds include the equivalent Standard delivery cost; any additional Expedited delivery premium is not refundable.
