Sizing & fit
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the item you want to protect and choose a bag with usable internal dimensions slightly larger than your item.
If you are using backing board, mounts or thicker contents, allow a little extra room.
Do the listed dimensions include the self-seal flap?
No. Our measurements refer to the usable internal bag dimensions. The self-seal flap is additional.
What if I use backing board or thicker contents?
Allow a little extra room when choosing your bag. The item should slide into the usable internal space without being forced.

Bags & materials
What are the bags made from?
Our cello bags are made from clear 40 micron OPP film, designed for neat presentation and everyday protection from dust, handling and surface marks.
Are the bags self-seal?
Yes. Each bag has a peel-and-seal adhesive flap for quick, tidy packing.
The flap can also be opened and resealed for normal presentation and packing use.
What can I use the bags for?
The range is designed for art prints, greeting cards, photographs, invitations, artwork and other creative work.
Our eight sizes run from 3×5 through to A3.

Packs & ordering
Are all sizes available in 100 and 200 packs?
Yes. Every size in the CelloBag.co.uk range is available in both 100 Pack and 200 Pack options.
Which pack size should I choose?
Choose a 100 Pack for occasional use or a 200 Pack if you regularly pack prints, cards, photos or customer orders.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Fulfilment can begin quickly after an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel something, please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes or cancellations cannot always be guaranteed once processing has started.

How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.49 and is free on orders over £25.
Expedited delivery is available at checkout for £6.99.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Standard UK delivery is typically 2–3 business days.
Expedited delivery uses a 1 business day delivery option.
Who fulfils and delivers my order?
We use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment and selected UK delivery carriers to help provide fast, reliable fulfilment across the UK.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. CelloBag.co.uk currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
What if I need to return an order?
If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Please contact us with your order details and photographs where helpful.
