CARDS
Cards with envelopes
The envelope may determine the required bag size, not the folded card. Measure both together, including anything tucked inside.
Use the card guideBUYING GUIDE
Start with the finished item, not just the paper or card size. Measure everything going inside, compare the usable internal dimensions, then choose the pack quantity that suits your work.
FOUR SIMPLE CHECKS
Put together the card and envelope, or the print and its backing board, as they will be presented.
Check the greatest width and height. A mount can be wider than the image; a thick stack also needs clearance.
Use the measurements below. A bag the same nominal size as the item may be too tight; do not force the contents.
Select the pack on the product page and compare its current total price and price per bag.
ALL EIGHT SIZES
Compare the usable internal size of each bag below. The A3 flap is 30 mm; the other seven flaps are 20 mm. The flap is outside the listed usable space.
| Size | Usable internal size | Additional flap | Shop |
|---|---|---|---|
| A3 | 305 × 425 mm | 30 mm | Shop A3 |
| A4 | 218 × 300 mm | 20 mm | Shop A4 |
| A5 | 155 × 214 mm | 20 mm | Shop A5 |
| C5 | 170 × 235 mm | 20 mm | Shop C5 |
| C6 | 120 × 170 mm | 20 mm | Shop C6 |
| 5×7 | 138 × 185 mm | 20 mm | Shop 5×7 |
| 6×6 | 155 × 155 mm | 20 mm | Shop 6×6 |
| 3×5 | 76 × 127 mm | 20 mm | Shop 3×5 |
Our 3×5 size has 76 × 127 mm usable internal space. A nominal 3×5-inch item is 76.2 × 127 mm, so do not assume an untrimmed item of that size will fit. Measure it and choose a larger bag where clearance is needed.
COMMON FIT MISTAKES
CARDS
The envelope may determine the required bag size, not the folded card. Measure both together, including anything tucked inside.
Use the card guidePRINTS
A print name such as A4 describes the paper format, not the outside of a mount. Measure the mount or backing board and allow space for thickness.
Use the print guidePHOTOS
Compare the finished photograph and backing card, not just the image area. A square format needs enough usable room in both directions.

100 BAGS
Choose 100 bags when that quantity matches the job or you need fewer of a particular size. Check fit carefully before committing to a larger quantity.
200 BAGS
Choose 200 bags for larger batches or repeat packing. It is a dedicated pack option on the same size product page. Compare the current per-bag price before ordering.
Selecting 200 Pack does not change the bag’s usable dimensions or its 40 micron OPP specification. The quantity selector then controls how many of that selected pack you buy.
